28 - 29 November 2026 · CityHive, Geraldton Give your idea your full attention. An immersive founder program across a whole weekend. Work with Oliver Bazzani and experienced founders to test your idea, build momentum and decide what comes next. Then six months of support to keep it moving. Two full days · With Oliver Bazzani and local mentors The weekend, hour by hour Saturday · 9am - 5.30pm The core working day. Focused working sessions, mentor office hours and one-on-one conversations, practical workshops and group discussions. Topics may include customer validation, the problem you're solving, market and competitor thinking, explaining your idea clearly, storytelling and early-stage business thinking. Work independently, with your team, or alongside collaborators you meet during the weekend. Sunday · 8.30am - 4pm Pull your idea together and test how it lands. Explain it clearly, hear what resonates, get practical feedback and identify any gaps. The weekend closes with drinks and conversations about where your idea goes from here. Some participants arrive with an early-stage concept. Others already have something underway. Either way, you leave with a tested idea, a clearer story and a next step. Who it's for People ready to give an idea focused time - whether you're exploring a start-up, growing something that exists or improving how your business does things. Join directly or build on the work you've started in a Traction Lab. Your weekend, well spent Your people for the weekend Oliver Bazzani Facilitator Leads the weekend and takes everyone through the Traction method, step by step. Every Traction visit pairs a practitioner with current industry experience alongside local mentors. Ollie leads the weekend, and around the room are experienced founders who have built businesses and solved hard problems - generous enough to show how. The local mentors matter too: they're still here next month, when the real work of keeping momentum starts. We'll introduce this weekend's mentors closer to the date. How did the last one go? June 2026: 9.7/10 average recommendation, and every participant made progress. Have a look at the June weekend Beyond the weekend Support keeps going after the weekend. Six months of follow-up is part of the program. 1 45 minutes, online What to expect, what to bring and the one idea you will work on. 2 Saturday and Sunday The core experience. Workshops, mentoring rounds, focused build time and a closing pitch. 3 Fortnight after the weekend Experienced founders offer bookable 45-60 minute sessions. Book time only when you hit something real - no set agenda. 4 90 minutes, together Time has passed since the weekend, and it was a lot to take in. Look back at the goals you set, see how they've held up in everyday life, and talk over where you're at and what's next. 5 Workshop and coaching Hands-on help with your messaging, positioning and story. Explaining your idea is often the hard bit, and getting it right helps you move forward. 6 Together again Back together to share what's moved, what's stalled, and help each other work out the next move. 7 Month 6 Stay close to the people and mentors who were in the room with you. No. Bring the idea you want to explore. Email us at cityhive@pollinators.org.au if you're unsure whether this programme is a fit. No. Immersion stands on its own. If you've done a Lab, the weekend takes that work further - but plenty of people join Immersion directly. The entrepreneur in residence fortnight starts first: bookable sessions with experienced founders. Then a Reflection Session, a Storytelling Workshop, a Momentum Check-in and an Alumni Gathering six months after the weekend. The first fortnight is bookable 45-60 minute sessions when you need them. Everything else is one focused session at a time, so your everyday life keeps running. Book your spot through the registration page. If you'd like to talk it through first, email cityhive@pollinators.org.au.
